Philly Cooking Class 9/16

Another delightful cooking class at Philly Kitchen Share yet again.  This time some of Jamaica's signature dishes including Curry Chicken, Sweet Fried Plantains, Tropical Fruit Punch, along with heapings of Cilantro Spring Rice.  Lots of spice and tons of flavor!

Learn the basics of Jamaican cooking with this introductory hands-on cooking class.  You’ll discover the spices and herbs that give Jamaican food it’s world-famous flavor, the history of Jamaican cuisine, and shopping for products locally. 

At the end, delight in some of Jamaica’s signature fare from Sweet Plantains and Cilantro Spring Rice to classic Jamaican Curry Chicken.  Finish with a tasty Tropical Fruit Punch.
